Spotted on some shirt today at the the Yishun Sports Hall "I love pain. I live to train." Below that was "Hwa Chong". Rofl. That really cracked me up. Bloody communists. I'll see how much they love pain when they got knives stuck in their bodies.

And the final fight was pretty zany too. It was between a SAFSA indian and another guy from Megaforce TKD. Both were supposed to be good fighters according to my instructor. The indian was pretty funny cause when waiting to go into the arena he was wearing a jacket and listening to music. The music I can understand. Psyching up oneself is perfectly reasonable and it helps some people fight better. But the jacket? Hello he's wearing padding on top of his uniform already, shouldn't he feel a little more than warm? Anyway his shin and arm guards were also outside his uniform for some reason.

Anyway onto the fight. It began well enough. Nothing much to write about cause it's really hard to put into words. You have to be there to understand what's going on. Anyway the SAFSA guy somehow got his knee injured. Probably by colliding with the other guy's leg. Anyway he seemed to be in excruciating pain, like what happens during some soccer matches. You know, on the ground, rolling and holding his knee. So basically the medics just stood by and did nothing. It took much shouting from the audience before they finally got their asses moving towards the injured party. By then he was staggering up already, so the useless medics just went back to their still warm seats. Quite screwed up if you ask me. Some fat malay guy and some other useless fools which I can't remember.

Anyway the referee was pretty worthless too. He didn't start counting when the SAFSA guy went down, and neither did he kyuongo the SAFSA guy when he got kicked out of the arena. So anyway the SAFSA guy managed to stagger back onto his feet, but from his face and body you could tell he was still in much pain. Probably could not do much anymore, but he got up. Great fighting spirit. When the megaforce guy moved towards him to finish him, he just fell down. He did that like 3 or 4 times. Only on the 3rd time did the referee threaten to kyuongo him. What an idiotic referee. He should have just stopped the match after the SAFSA guy got back on his feet. It was pretty obvious he wasn't in any state to fight. So anyway after the 4th time the SAFSA guy didn't get up again and the referee finally declared the megaforce guy the winner. Oh and the SAFSA guy was carried out on a stretcher. The only guy I saw in the competition to get carried out like that. But at least he tried getting up, I respect that.

And Aljunied won the overall junior title and first runner up overall. Good stuff!
